Leadership and Commitment: Obtain commitment from top management to prioritize worker health and safety
Gap Analysis: Assess the organization’s current OH&S practices against the requirements of ISO 45001, Identify gaps and areas that need improvement
Planning and Development: Develop OH&S policies, objectives, and targets aligned with the organization’s goals, Establish processes for hazard identification, risk assessment, and determination of controls
